   1. Protection scheme (user specific);
      1. Single Circuit I Double Circuit;
      2. Conventional Generation;
      • New Technology (Type ¾ Wind Power Plant / Solar PV Power Plant);
      1. Load Customers; and
      2. Setting Guidelines;
      1. Protection Single Line Diagram; and,
      2. Technical Specifications.
      1. Telecom, NDME, SCADA2
         1. Specific technology applicable (user specific); FO/MW/PLC;
         2. Schematic/Connection Diagram; and,
         3. Technical Specifications (RTU, Communication Protocol, etc.)

         3. Letter of Intent from the Generator Customer
         4. Proposed plant details and specifications
         5. Target commissioning date
         6. Connection scheme to be agreed by both NGCP and Customer
         7. BIR and SEC registration
         8. Additional Requirements:
         1. NGCP to conduct the SIS
         1. Vicinity map of the Project
         2. Single Line Diagram of the proposed connection scheme/s indicating the parameters of the connection facilities such as line structure, conductor type and distance, and transformer capacities
         • Generator modeling parameters
         1. Transmission Service Application Form (TSAF)
         2. Agreement on Offer of Service
         1. Third Party to conduct the SIS*
         1. Vicinity map of the Project

         ≥50 MW = Php1million

         60% down and 40% before SIS delivery

         *If SIS is conducted by a Third Party, NGCP charges Data fee and Review Fee.
